For Every Baby Remembered
October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a time to acknowledge the babies whose lives, however brief, left a lasting place in the hearts of their parents and families.
This October, Career Mothers for Exclusive Breastfeeding (CAMFEB) invites parents, families, friends and the wider community to join us for Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness & Remembrance 2026.
Through an awareness webinar and a remembrance vigil, we will create space to talk openly about pregnancy and infant loss and, most importantly, to remember and honour the babies gone too soon.
Whether the loss was recent or many years ago, every baby matters and every baby deserves to be remembered.

Remembering the Babies. Breaking the Silence.

Join us for a compassionate conversation bringing together medical, psychosocial, lived-experience and workplace perspectives on pregnancy and infant loss.
The conversation will explore pregnancy and infant loss, grief and remembrance, lived experiences, the experiences of partners and families, and how workplaces and communities can respond with greater understanding and compassion.
Remembrance Vigil
A Light for Every Baby
Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026
Time: 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Venue: TBA
We invite you to join us for a special remembrance vigil dedicated to babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth and infant loss.
Come with a candle or candles as we light a flame:
For the baby or babies you have lost.
For those you never got to hold.
For those lost by someone you love.
And for every little life gone too soon.
You do not need to have experienced pregnancy or infant loss personally to attend. Family members, friends and members of the community are welcome to join us in remembrance.
You may choose to remember your baby or babies by name, remember quietly and privately, or simply light a candle in honour of another family.
