You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CAMFEB, its directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of and access to the CAMFEB website and services.
Your violation of any term within these Terms and Conditions.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
By registering for and participating in any physical event organized by CAMFEB, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in a run or walk involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, exhaustion, or accidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
Waiver of Liability: You hereby release and discharge CAMFEB and its sponsors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by any reason during the event.
Medical Fitness: You certify that you are medically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the event. You authorize CAMFEB to seek medical treatment for you in the event of an emergency.
For corporate partners and clients utilizing CAMFEB services (such as Lactation Pod installations or workplace assessments):
CAMFEB shall not be held liable for any structural changes, maintenance issues, or workplace disputes arising from the implementation of breastfeeding-friendly spaces, except where such damage is a direct result of gross negligence by CAMFEB staff.
The partner organization remains responsible for maintaining a safe environment for their employees in accordance with the Health Act (2017).
The advocacy resources and advice provided by CAMFEB are for educational purposes. CAMFEB is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the application of this information; users are encouraged to consult with certified medical professionals for specific clinical advice.
In no event shall CAMFEB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
